Rihanna for GUCCI and UNICEF Partnership

Luxury label Gucci has chosen Grammy award winner Rihanna to be the brand’s endorser in their partnership campaign with UNICEF. Gucci’s advertisements will be centered on the company’s expressed support for programs benefiting children with AIDS and HIV in Africa.
Gucci’s partnership with UNICEF dates back to 2004 when it sponsored a local holiday event in California. Since then, the prestigious label has been affiliated with other UNICEF programs for children in more than 20 countries around the world, raising significant funds for distraught places like Malawi and Mozambique.
UNICEF has gained support for their humanitarian missions from other renowned companies: Amway Europe, Deutsche Post World Net, FC Barcelona, H&M, IKEA, ING, P&G, Stora Enso and TNS, among others.
