Luxury brand label Hermes seems to be fascinated by Indian art, as their new scarf collection for Autumn/Winter 2008 is mainly inspired by the mystical prints and colors that is so reminiscent of India. It is the same theme that also inspired the previous Summer/Spring 2008 collection.

Hermes Opens First Men’s Store in NY
Fashionistos and girlfriends with fine taste unite! Hermès has chosen our fair island as the location for its first-ever men’s-only store. Set to open fall 2009 at 690 Madison Avenue (at 62nd Street), it will house four levels and 6,000 square feet offering a full range of clothing, accessories, and made-to-measure and custom pieces.

Hermes and Yamamoto’s Made to Order Yohji Bag
Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto recently held his Autumn-Winter 2008 fashion show in Paris, introducing for the first time his fresh new bag design The Yohji Bag, created for him by famous Parisian fashion atelier Hermes.
