The New Bond Girl Scent

Avon’s new fragrance Bond Girl 007 will come out this fall at the same time the new Bond movie Quantum of Solace drops. The campaign features new Bond Girl Gemma Arterton, and the bottle cap is meant to look like a spy gadget.

An Avon spokesperson noted that “the iconic Bond girls are one of the most widely known aspects of the films — they’re empowered, feminine and glamorous, so we’re extremely pleased to capture that essence in our newest fragrance”.
Bond Girl 007 is “a sexy cocktail of velvety florals, cool freshness and warm woods”; the notes include white peach, orange blossom, jasmine, calypso orchid, freesia, amber, cashmere wood and patchouli. The bottle is meant to recall a woman’s body; the cap is meant to be “a stealthy homage to a Bond spy gadget”.
